When using the app, you dial an 0844 number, the Mobile to 0844 app will use your bundled minutes to connect to an 03 number which in turn connects your call. These 03 calls are treated the same as 01 and 02 numbers, so are normally included in your bundled minutes whereas the cost of calling the 0844 number will come from your Prepay Account at lower rates than you would normally pay.
